Behavioral Therapist
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in BSED/BEED, SPED, Nursing, or Psychology
• Strong communication skills, especially in English
• Compassionate and patient, particularly when working with children with special needs
• Willing to undergo training for skill enhancement
• Dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges
• Flexible to work at any branch location
Occupational Therapist
Qualifications:
• Successful completion of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) exam
• Completion of an accredited occupational therapy program
• Good moral character, supported by professional references and clearances
• Physically and mentally fit to perform occupational therapist duties
• Possess the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitude to deliver high-quality therapy services
• Completion of the required hours of supervised clinical practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy and compassion for patients
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Licensed Speech Pathologist
Qualifications:
• Proficient in assessing clients’ speech and language abilities through standardized tests and observation
• Skilled in developing personalized treatment plans to enhance communication skills
• Experienced in leading therapy sessions and providing guidance to clients and their families
• Capable of evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on client progress
• Collaborative, working alongside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Organized and able to maintain accurate client records
• Passionate about staying updated with the latest research in speech pathology
